Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using Combat Fitness Games ("the Event", "we", "us", or "our"). Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

1. Event Registration and Participation

1.1 Registration

By registering for Combat Fitness Games events, you warrant that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You meet all eligibility requirements for the event category
• You have the necessary physical fitness level to participate
• You are at least 16 years old (with parental consent required for ages 16-17)

1.2 Waivers and Acknowledgement of Risk

Participation in fitness competitions involves inherent risks. By registering, you:

• Acknowledge these risks including potential for injury
• Voluntarily accept and assume all such risks
• Agree to fully and forever waive, release, and discharge us from liability for personal injury, death, or property damage
• Confirm you are in good health and physically capable of participating

1.3 Code of Conduct

All participants must follow our code of conduct including:

• Respecting other participants, staff, volunteers, and spectators
• Following all event rules and instructions from event officials
• Refraining from unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment, or discrimination
• Competing with integrity and honesty
• Adhering to anti-doping policies

2. Payment and Refunds

2.1 Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you authorise us to charge the account you specify for the registration fee. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided.

2.2 Refund Policy

All event registrations are final and non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

• Event cancellation by the organizers (full refund)
• Medical emergency with documentation (partial refund at our discretion)
• Military deployment with documentation (partial refund at our discretion)

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@combatfitnessgames.com within 14 days of the event date. Processing of approved refunds may take up to 30 days.

2.3 Event Changes

We reserve the right to modify event details, including date, venue, format, and workout specifications. In case of significant changes, you will be notified via email. If an event is rescheduled, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access our services and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Content

The content on our website and at our events, including without limitation text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Combat Fitness Games and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our content without our express written permission.

4.2 Your Content

By participating in our events or submitting content to our platform (such as profile information, comments, or media), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media.

4.3 Media Release

By participating in our events, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. You grant us the right to use your name, likeness, voice, and biographical information for promotional, commercial, and educational purposes in all media worldwide in perpetuity without compensation.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Combat Fitness Games, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your participation in any event
• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Any content obtained from our services
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

6. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United Kingdom. Before pursuing legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through informal negotiation by contacting us at support@combatfitnessgames.com.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
